First, download and fill out our CREDIT APPLICATION which includes an APPLICATION FOR CREDIT, a TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CREDIT and a GUARANTOR'S AGREEMENT. Then download our sample INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS document so you know exactly how much insurance you need. When your forms are completed please sign them and fax to (601)933-4653. Also include your insurance form as well. If you prefer to scan them and email to us please send them to rentals@vactruckrental.com.
